Our holiday cottages are ideal base for so many activities it is hard to know where to begin. A Peak District holiday is ideal for the whole family. If walking or photography is high on your list, then you've certainly come to the right place - the Peak District is of course famous for it's seemingly never ending supply of beautiful walks, spectacular views and abundant wildlife. Our delightful holiday cottages are a great base to explore Dovedale, Monsal Dale and Lathkill Dale, to name but a few, many of them well worth visiting.
The famous Tissington cycle trail is accessible directly from our fields so cyclists can explore this without ever needing to go near a road if they bring their own cycles. Just a few minutes drive away cycle hire is available at the trail for anything from a few hours to the whole day. The High Peak Trail runs through some of our fields and can be reached with just a few minutes walk
Our holiday cottages are well placed to make exploring the towns of Leek, Ashbourne and Buxton are all within an easy drive and well worth a visit, and since you've come this far why not visit Bakewell - home of the famous pudding.
There are several National Trust properties within driving distance and for the more adventurous a day out at Alton Towers is sure to get the pulse raised.
