Pets

Well behaved pets are welcome in Shires Rest though we ask you to bring suitable bedding for them. Please do not allow pets onto the beds or furniture.

We do not allow pets other than registered assistance dogs in Piggery Place.

Arrival & Departure

Guests may arrive at anytime after 2pm and are requested to vacate the cottages by 10am on the day of departure. If you are expecting to arrive late please could you advise us of your intended arrival time so that we can be sure to welcome you.

Damages

We trust that our guests treat our cottages with respect but do reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the accommodation or the fabric of the accommodation itself if such damage was caused either wilfully or because reasonable care and consideration was not taken. We trust that you will inform us of any such damages.

Health and Safety

We remind you that Old House Farm is a working farm and as such if you wish to look around the farm you must ask us so that we may accompany you. Current Health & Safety Regulations make it a requirement that you wash your hands after touching any farm animal.
